Public beta privacy
Public beta · real purchases remain closed. These notices describe the current beta; final commerce terms and remaining launch gates require approval before paid sales.
What the public beta stores
Signed-in account identifiers, authentication information handled by Neon Auth, card copies, pack openings, preferences, and purchase records for controlled test-payment records if founder testing is enabled. Founder artwork and pricing tools also save their briefs, outputs, and review records.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application, Neon stores account and collection data, and Stripe processes checkout when payment features are enabled. NestRune does not collect payment card numbers directly. The founder’s image provider receives creative prompts only when generation is explicitly requested.
Cookies and messages
Authentication requires session cookies. Optional marketing preference is separate from account access. Automated marketing email and third-party advertising tracking are not enabled.
Privacy-first beta analytics
Nest Mind measures a small set of first-party beta interactions such as reaching Season One, inspecting a guardian, previewing a pack, selecting a Theme, or visiting major NestRune sections. The analytics layer uses a random browser-session token that is hashed before storage and does not store an IP address, NestRune account ID, email address, or user-agent value. It respects browser Do Not Track. Aggregate signals are used to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles.
Favorites, Wishlist and album studies
Favorites and Wishlist are stored on this device. They express your interests and do not grant ownership. Album progress uses actual saved collection records. Anonymous analytics can count showcase, habitat and album visits, saved-interest and share-button actions, and whether a battle visit was received after a saved-interest action within the same browser session. These signals are not unique-person counts or verified shares. Written beta feedback is visible only in the founder workspace and is not automatically sent to external AI providers.
Access and deletion
Retention periods and the customer request process are still being finalized. Privacy or account-support requests can be submitted through the NestRune Support ticket form. Commercial purchases remain closed while the remaining launch gates are completed, even if payment infrastructure has been staged in live mode.
Support tickets
When you submit a support ticket, NestRune stores the name and email address you provide, the support category, subject, message, ticket status, and timestamps so the request can be handled. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, tax IDs, recovery codes, or banking information in a support request.
Affiliate links
Some third-party marketplace links may earn NestRune a commission if you choose to purchase after clicking them. Those links are labeled near the shopping area. NestRune records only an aggregate partner/category click event for its own site reporting; that NestRune database event does not store your account ID, email address, IP address, or user-agent string. Approved affiliate buttons link directly to the partner. After you leave NestRune, the external marketplace and its affiliate network apply their own privacy and tracking practices.
NestForge interests
Interest buttons offer contextual guardian ideas. If the founder enables personalization and you opt in, selected interests stay in this browser session. You can switch it off or reset the session. Anonymous aggregate counts are shared only if you separately choose to share them. We do not create behavioral ad profiles, sell interest data, or infer sensitive traits. The art generator is restricted to the founder.
Family access
The artwork can be viewed by families. The public beta does not offer children’s accounts. Age eligibility and any required parental-consent process must be established before any child-directed account features are considered.
