How to Compare Trading-Card Listings

A checklist for comparing listings across marketplaces without relying on price alone.

Compare the exact set, card number, language, edition, finish, condition, and grading status—not just the character name.

Include shipping, taxes, and marketplace fees when comparing total cost.

For graded cards, verify the grading company, grade, certification information, and the photos of the actual slab when available.

Very low prices can be legitimate, but they deserve extra scrutiny when the seller, condition, or listing details are unclear.
